Pizzerias in Roma

Pizza in Rome comes in two forms, the round evening pizza and pizza al taglio at any hour. The round one, thin and crisp, is eaten in the evening at a pizzeria; pizza al taglio, thick and sold by weight at any hour. Pizza bianca, just oil and salt, is the Roman snack, bought at bakeries such as the Antico Forno Roscioli near Campo de' Fiori. For the best-known pizza by the slice there is Gabriele Bonci's Pizzarium, near the Vatican Museums. The other pizzerias on this page come from imported data and are not a curated list yet, so read reviews before you choose.

Your browser will ask to share your location

It's only used to work out how many minutes' walk you are from each place open right now.

  • We only use it to work out distances, and we don't keep it. If you share a walk, its starting point in the link is rounded to about 100 metres.
  • No account, no history, no notifications.
  • Rather not? Pick the city yourself: it works just as well.
