Nightlife in Milano

Evenings in Milan begin with aperitivo, a local ritual, then move from district to district. Along the Naviglio Grande and around the Darsena there are dozens of bars, and in summer everyone is outside. The columns of San Lorenzo Maggiore are where younger people gather, Brera is quieter and Isola has the cocktail bars. Bar Basso is the classic for the Negroni Sbagliato, which was born there.
