Nightlife in Palermo

Evenings in Palermo start late and happen mostly outdoors: around the Vucciria, in the squares of the Kalsa and, in summer, at Mondello. The venues on this page come from imported data and mix bars, wine bars and lounges we have not checked yet, so treat them as a list rather than recommendations. In the centre, the old market on Piazza Caracciolo turns into a place to eat and drink in the street. In summer many people head for the sea, and the Piazza di Mondello, around the little harbour, stays busy late. Grilled stigghiola is the classic way to end the night.
