Nightlife in Catania

Evenings in Catania are among the liveliest in the South, spent mostly outdoors in the old centre. Piazza Università and the streets around the Teatro Massimo Bellini fill with students, among small bars and street tables, and Via Landolina is one of the busiest. For a glass of Etna wine somewhere quiet, there is Razmataz, in the old centre. In summer, life moves to the sea and the lidos of the Playa.
